About Alas Harum

A unique amalgamation of cultural tourism and adventure, Alas Harum is a one of the island's most well-known tourist attractions that you can explore with the help of our Bali holiday packages. Sprawling among Bali’s coffee plantations, the agrotourism center offers plantation tours, along with some of Bali’s best extreme sports.

Visitors may watch the coffee-making process from plants to roasting to drinking a variety of hot drinks on the upper floor, which is a coffee farm specialized in Luwak coffee. The unusual, exotic flavor of Balinese Kopi Luwak is well-known across the world, as is the fascinating function of civet cats in the coffee-making process. The café area overlooks one of the most beautiful landscapes on the island, complete with gigantic swings, stone sculptures, the familiar ridges of the Bali rice terraces, and even a zipline course.

Alas Harum’s adventure sports, however, is its biggest allure. Out of all activities offered here, the Bali swing Alas Harum stands out as a tourist favorite. It is quite literally, a gigantic swing flying to about 15 to 25 meters above the ground. The adventure type is separated into packages such as the Extreme Swing, the Super Extreme Swing, the Couples’ Swing, and so on. The zipline here is another special attraction, offering resplendent views of the lush green plantations unraveling below. The Sky Bike adventure is the newest addition to Alas Harum, where one must, quite literally, cycle their way across suspended ropes, much like a trapeze act.

How To Reach Alas Harum

Being an island city, Bali is only accessible via air routes. The Ngurah Rai International Airport is the only international airport that connects the island to the rest of the world.

From here, one must rent a car or take a cab to travel to Alas Harum. The agrotourism center is located around 20 minutes away from central Ubud, so it would take about an hour to reach directly from the Airport.
