• On your RFID wristband, activate the picture service which is available for most of the rides. Visitors are required to hold the wristband beneath the reader at the attraction's entrance before starting the ride. A photograph or video will be captured and emailed to you. 
• To purchase any food or drink from Foodville, one must first acquire a waterproof credit-band that may be filled with cash. 
• Shuttle services are available from the park to Naklua, Beach Road, Second Road, Pratumnak Hill, and Jomtien. One should make these reservations at least two days ahead of time. These services are available for THB 200 for a round-trip if booked online.
• Food and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the park. Items such as balls, skateboards, bicycles, folding chairs, drinks, big jewellery, and portable cameras are also prohibited. Smoke zones are available for those in need of a puff. 
• Unaccompanied minors under the age of 14 are not permitted within the park. Visitors are also required to shower before entering the water.
