Kakatiya Zoological Park, Warangal

The zoological park was conceptualized by the district administration of Warangal in order to protect the sanctity of nature in the year 1985. It serves as a place for both education and entertainment.

It was converted to a national zoological park in the year 2013 after the orders from the central zoo authority in the year 2010. It is also considered to be one of the best places to visit in Warangal for school trips.

Location: The Kakatiya zoological park is located at Hunter Rd, Meerpet, Hanamkonda, Telangana.

Best Time to Visit: The kakatiya zoological park is at its best in the winter season starting from October to March.
