NamibRand Nature Reserve happens to be a private nature reserve in the southwestern namibia. The reserve was founded in the year 1984 by JA Brukner. The reserve is spread over an area of 215000 hectares and shares a 100 long border with the famous Namib-Naukluft National Park.
