The Nijntje Museum is divided into 12 different sections that bring the cartoon to life, like the shop of poppy pig and the town and the world of miniature. With your children, you can simply walk around or even play with the different exhibits to develop your motor skills and learn more about farm life.

Known to be educational and entertaining at the same time, the Farmer John’s Farm houses replicas of different farm animals, ranging from cows to birds like roosters and hens. The gift shop is open from Tuesday to Sunday, so plan your visit accordingly.

There is nothing like some delicious food once you finish touring the Nijntje Museum. This cafe is usually the go to place for a lot of visitors looking for refreshments. Do note that you will need a pass to access the cafe, so plan your visit to the cafe accordingly. Some of the dishes here include pancakes and sandwiches that you can try out. The cafe is closed on mondays, but on the rest of the days, it is open from 10 am to 5 pm.
