The 9 crore modernisation project of Prakasam Municipal Park started almost a year ago under the Governance of the Municipal Corporation of Tirupati (MCT). Prakasam Park is the only big park with ultramodern amenities run by a civic body for the city residents of Tirupati. Best time to visit: Winter (October- March) is the best time to visit this place.
Timings: The timings for visiting the park are 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (in summer) and 9:00 am- 5:00 pm (in winter). The park remains closed on Tuesdays.
