Tilwara Ghat

Tilwara Ghat has got its significance from the days of Indian freedom struggle when Mahatma Gandhi used to come over to the ghat during his stay in Jabalpur. It is also the place where the mortal remains of the Mahatma Gandhi were immersed. In order to commemorate the event, a memorial is also built at the same place.
