If you put your entire body force on the trishul, it will not even move, but if you just use one finger, the trishul will start to vibrate. Nachiketa Taal is a serene and picturesque high-altitude lake located in Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand, India. Situated at an altitude of around 3,100 meters (10,170 feet) above sea level, it is surrounded by lush green forests, snow-capped peaks, and a tranquil environment, making it a popular spot for nature lovers and trekkers. The lake is named after Nachiketa, a sage from Hindu mythology, and it is believed that the sage meditated here to attain spiritual enlightenment

The trek begins from Sangamchatti (kalyani) road near Uttarkashi and completes at the Hanumanchatti. From Dodital Lake, you will need to trek uphill to reach the Darwa pass, also called as Bakaria Khaga pass.
