To reach Bir Billing from Delhi, you have three options-

By Air - Catch a flight from Delhi to Dharamshala. Hire a tax or local bus and reach Bir Billing in two hours.

By Road – Book a Volvo (costs around INR 1500) from Kashmere Gate ISBT to reach Dharamshala in the morning. From there, you can get a local bus or a cab that will drop you at Bir Billing or you can get a direct bus to Bir from Delhi.
