Highlights – The island is located at a distance of 40 acres and is known for its exotic underwater world. Divided into 2 parts – Big Mataking (Mataking Besar) and Small Mataking (Mataking Kecil). They are located close to each other. Suitable for snorkelling, scuba diving, relaxing and taking excursions along with friends and families. This is one of the lesser-explored islands, hence it is known for its unspoilt beauty and mystical reefs. Location – Celebes Sea, in the Sabah State. Timings – March to October .
