Overall Experience was good. The team had delayed the Air balloon booking which costed $40 extra from what is agreed earlier.

Awesome Time, everything was perfect from the pick up to Flight experience. 

It was a wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful. They picked us at 4:50 am and it was good flight experience. The pilot was very funny. He keeps cheering in the whole hot balloon experience.

Once we were in the air, the experience was magical. The pilot took us to almost 900 ft high and the view was superb. The sunrise view was magnificent. The pilot was very friendly and engaging. However, the pilot did not take us to see the fairy chimneys from the top. According to the pilot, the wind was not in the favourable direction and hence he couldn't take us to that side. As promised we had snacks and champagne at the end. The major issue was getting into the balloon basket. While they had a ladder on the outside, it was extremely difficult to get inside the basket which was quite high. One had to practically jump in, which was difficult for senior citizens. Otherwise it was a great experience!

Wir hatten bereits für 9:30h gebucht. und waren dann gegen 14h mit der Besichtigung fertig. Ich kann nur empfehlen früh anzufangen, damit man nicht überall im Palast so lange antehen muß. Als wir fertig waren, war der Palast brechend voll und die Warteschlangen waren riesig. Es war sehr beeindruckend und sehr interessant. Wir können den Besuch empfehlen!!!
