    1. How to redeem this voucher?

      When the request for the booking is initiated, that is, when you place the order, you will get an email from Thrillophilia listing your order summary. After that, one of our team members will confirm your booking and you will get a confirmation email containing your vouchers. The email will also have directions on how to reclaim the vouchers. It should be kept in mind that the vouchers are valid only at the date and time indicated on them, and not previously or after.

      One of our team members will call you after the booking to confirm the time and area of pick-up. When the driver reaches your location, you will present a copy of the voucher to him to redeem it. This can be done by showing the driver a digital copy on your phone or a printed version Additionally, please make sure that you reach the area ten minutes before the planned time to avoid any delays

    2. How much time it will take to reach Negombo from Colombo?

      Colombo to Negombo taxi ride will take just an hour.       On the other hand, if you are travelling with 4-7 people, and you have 6 pieces of luggage, you should book a mini-van like Toyota KDH or Nissan Caravan.

      Child seat or baby capsule will not be available. The baby has to be seated in the lap of an adult.
