Manjhar Kund is a waterfall that is situated in the city of Sasaram in Bihar. This is an amazing waterfall that is responsible for generating electricity. The waterfall is famous for a fair that is organized near the banks of the fall. The fair is usually held around the time of Raksha Bandhan. If you’re looking for an adventurous holiday that’s packed with a lot of fun and exciting things to do then come to Manjhar Kund and experience the true beauty of nature. This place also holds a lot of religious value to Hinduism and is associated with popular beliefs.

-Manjhar Kund and Dhuan Kund waterfalls are situated on Kaimur hill near Sasaram.
-According to ancient history, there was the tradition of carrying the Guru Granth Sahib. The people of the Sikh community used to stay in the Manjhar Kund for three days.
-It is said that the water of the Kund is full of natural minerals and very helpful in digesting food. 
-It is the most beautiful spot and scenic place in Sawan.

How to reach?
The Manjhar Kund Waterfall is situated near Sasaram(Bihar District Rohtas) from Sasaram to Majhar Kund 11 km far and you can reach there by bike and four-wheelers as well as hiking.
