Employing the best trekking routes through thick jungles and meadows, Nag Tibba is an ideal weekend getaway destination. having an amazing option to enjoy the views of Bandarpoonch Peak, the Gangotri Peaks, Kedarnath Peak, Changabang Peaks, and the Doon Valley, the trek is perfectly suited to celebrate. With this package, bid an exciting goodbye to the year 2019.

About the Trip:
This two-day trek packages a lot of adventure and proves to be the perfect trip to welcome the year 2020. 85 kilometres of drive and 4 kilometres of trekking is required to reach the base camp. After reaching the base camp, we relish the deliciously cooked dinner. 7 kilometres away from the base camp is Nag Tibba Summit. Adore panoramic views of some great peaks like Swargarohini, Bandarpoonch, Kedarnath, and Gangotri from here.

Descend from a different route, where we reach Pantwari after 8 km of walk trek. Driving back to Dehradun concludes the trip but the memories are bound to last forever. Celebrate this new year by treating yourself with this trek. The trip promises you some unforgetful time spend and welcoming of the year 2020.

Meals:
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in the package. The meals are prepared according to the nutritional requirements. Tea and coffee are available throughout the trip.

Stay:
The stay is in Camps. The staying option is spacious and comfortable.

Starting and Ending Point: The trek to Nag Tibba starts and ends at Dehradun/Delhi depending on the variant you choose.

How to Reach:
The nearest airport is Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun and nearest railway station is Dehradun Railway Station. The site can be easily reached on a public or private transport.

Temperature: 14 to 22  degrees during day time and 6 to 14 degrees during nights in December

Maximum Altitude: 9,910 ft.

Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Dehradun – Pantwari – Nag Tibba Base camp

    Leave Delhi on Day 0 in AC Bus

    In the morning, reach Dehradun.

    7:00 am report at Dehradun Railway Station

    Drive to Pantwari village via Mussoorie, Kempty.

    Reach Pantwari village

    Trek to Nag Tibba Peak.

    Arrival at Nag Tibba Peak and enjoy delicious dinner.

    Overnight stay in camps.

  • Day 2 - Nag tibba Summit – Pantwari - Dehradun

    Wake up and have breakfast.

    Start trekking to Nag Tibba Top (3084 Ft.)

    Reach Nag Tibba top.

    Enjoy lunch.

    Descend to Pantwari village

    Drive to Dehradun.

    Drop at Dehradun before 9:30 PM

    Take Volvo from Dehradun

    Reach Delhi next day

  • Toyota Innova, Mahindra Xylo, Mahindra Scorpio, Tempo Traveller and no local jeeps or similar vehicles are used except where there are short transfers from the lodge to the trek points. The transport tariff includes all driver charges, fuel, parking, toll and taxes.

    One of the best new year of my life. Almost all my new years were in the city with loud music and mad Delhi crowd in pubs but in 2019 new year me and my friends decided to celebrate away from the crowd and wanted something offbeat. We came across Nagtibba trek new year event on Thrillophilia while surfing different options and trust me 2019 new year was really amazing in the lap of nature. Campsite for on a very beautiful location with campfire at night and light music. We welcomed 2020 with fireworks and dance. Thanks to the support staff of the campsite and Thrillophilia for making my new year memorable. Looking forward to celebrate new year 2020 in different style.

We went trekking to Nag Tibba this new year and it was the best trekking experience, The view was so beautiful, the fresh environment away from city life was just perfect. The tents and food were so good. We had fun at night sitting near bonfire, singing, and dancing, It was all so beautiful and perfect.
