Bodh Gaya, the holiest realm of Buddha, is one of Buddhists' key tourist destinations worldwide. In the temple, there are the special monasteries founded by many nations and a plethora of places that should surely be on any world explorer's bucket list. In the Hindus' sacred books, Gaya is described with history and spiritual heritage. The Gaya Vishnupad Temple is the place for the redemption of their ancestors to perform Pinddaan puja.

- This tour gives you in-depth knowledge about the sacred town of Bodhgaya.

Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Patna to Bodh Gaya

    Arrive at Patna Airport. Meet and greet our representative at the airport and proceed to Bodh Gaya.

    Our representative will make the necessary arrangements for the transfer. Check-in into the pre-booked hotel at Bodh Gaya.

    After lunch, visit The Mahabodhi Temple. Do a walking tour/e rickshaw tour of the surrounding monasteries as cabs are not allowed in that area.

    Visit the Giant Buddha Statue and return to the hotel.

  • Day 2 - Bodh Gaya to Gaya and return to Patna

    Start your day by visiting the Dungeshwari cave followed by Sujata Stupa.

    Proceed towards Gaya to visit the Vishnupad Temple and the Mangla Gauri Temple.

    After lunch, see the Gaya museum (Optional) and then drive towards Jehanabad to see the Barabar caves, the oldest surviving rock-cut caves in the world.

    Return to Patna. Trip ends.

  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.
