Trip Starting From: Rio De Janeiro

About the Activity:

  • This 4 day 3 night trip to the Colonial Coast of Paraty in near Rio de Janeiro will give you yet another beautiful time on the well maintained historical places and the beaches.
  • Start your trip from Rio de Janeiro on the first day around 09:00 AM and then have a relishing travel to the colonial beach paradise of Paraty.
  • Explore the city center, it is well preserved especially its architecture and find time to have a relaxed walk through the cobblestone streets.
  • Cruise into the bay of Paraty and enjoy the virgin waves of the beaches, the lush green island jungles. Spend time to snorkel and swim or get a Schooner boat trip.
  • Capture each and every moment from the precious locality and head back to Rio on the fourth day after your breakfast.
  • This tour package has only breakfast with accommodation and it is a self guided tour but transportation from Rio to Paraty and return will be available.

Itinerary

  • Day 1 -

    Get picked up from your hotel in the center of Rio de Janeiro and you will be taken to your Hostel or Pousada in Paraty.

  • Day 2 -

    Paraty has 65 islands and hundreds of beaches of rare beauty surrounded by lush vegetation, making it ideal for cruises and for snorkelling.

    After getting picked up at around 10:00 AM, you will be taken to the schooner. This particular tour includes four stops on two beaches and two islands, of about 40 minutes each stop.

    You can choose the optional lunch (a la carte) aboard in one of them. During each of these stops you can dive or snorkel in the clear waters of the bay.

    'Ilha Comprida' is the highlight of the tour which resembles a natural aquarium by the amount of fish that can be seen. All schooners offer comfort and safety, in addition to having a good restaurant with a choice of fish or chicken (meals not included), so your ride becomes more enjoyable.

  • Day 3 -

    Explore Paraty's historic center that is well preserved, marvel at its colonial architecture, find more relaxation while you wander through the cobblestone streets.

    Sit near the lively city center sidewalk cafe and head out for a party at night.

  • Day 4 -

    After your breakfast, it will be time for your return journey to Rio de Janeiro, with your head full of beautiful memories.
