On the route to Siliserh lake, you will come across one of the most beautiful spots in Alwar. The Garbhaji Water Falls are one of the few waterfalls in the desert state of Rajasthan, and make for one of the prettiest places to visit in Alwar. Surrounded by grooves of trees filled with chattering birds, these waterfalls are a sight to behold in the monsoon season.
The water comes gushing down the rocks, spraying the trees and shrubs with moisture. Climbing up a steep set of stairs will take you up to the spot from where the water falls, and you will be presented with a grand view of the surrounding hills and valleys from the top. The panoramic views and rich colours that are to be found here are a photographer’s delight. While the rains do intensify all the beauty, they also make navigating the terrain more difficult, so a steady step is crucial.
