Naldeshwar Shrine

Naldeshwar Shrine is a small cave shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva. It features a small shiva-linga that has been there for several centuries. In the 18th century, a temple was built in order to protect the shiva-linga, and the place was named as the Naldeshwar Shrine.

It is one of the most renowned spots in Alwar, and should definitely feature in your list of places to visit in Alwar. Two naturally formed ponds with water running from the hills add grace to the setting. Spending some time in this solitary location brings peace and energy to your being.
