Best Places to Visit on a Philippines Honeymoon Tour

A couple's trip is planned differently compared to a family trip to the Philippines. Your itinerary features more privacy-focused destinations with active sightseeing balancing it at the same time.

Here are the best places to visit on a Philippines honeymoon tour from India:

Manila

Manila is the arrival point for the package and your base for the first two nights. You can use the leisure day for shopping, dining or nearby city sightseeing. Airport and city traffic can be slow, so avoid planning several distant attractions on arrival day.

Pagsanjan Falls

Pagsanjan Falls is reached through a guided canoe ride along a river gorge. The excursion suits couples comfortable with rapids and a physically active day. Water levels and weather can affect the operating route.

Cebu City

Cebu City combines heritage sites, hill viewpoints and modern shopping areas. The package covers the main city attractions in one guided day. Traffic can affect the order and duration of stops.

Bohol

Bohol is visited as a full-day excursion from Cebu through Tagbilaran Port. The route covers inland attractions and the Loboc River cruise. The day involves early transfers, ferry travel and several sightseeing stops.

Yuvraj singh, who booked the 6 Days Philippines Tour Package, shared how Bohol became one of his Phiippines tour highlights, saying, “Traveling from Hyderabad, Bohol felt fresh and peaceful with its greenery. The Chocolate Hills looked truly unique and beautiful. Our family trip was very comfortable, with smooth transfers and good planning. It was a relaxing and memorable holiday experience for all of us.”

El Nido and Coron

El Nido and Coron are often considered by couples planning a longer Philippines honeymoon tour. El Nido honeymoon packages generally focus on lagoon tours, while Coron is known for Kayangan Lake and Twin Lagoon.

Boracay

Boracay is also outside the current Manila and Cebu itinerary. Couples comparing Boracay honeymoon packages from India usually choose between quieter Station 1 resorts and the wider dining access around Station 2.

Best Things to Do on a Philippines Honeymoon Tour

Here are the best things to do on a Philippines honeymoon tour from India:

Take the Pagsanjan Falls Canoe Ride

The guided canoe excursion takes you through the river gorge towards Pagsanjan Falls. It is included in most honeymoon packages and usually occupies most of Day 2. A separate booking price should be verified with operations.

Join the Cebu City Tour

The guided route covers Sirao Garden, Cebu Taoist Temple, Temple of Leah, Heritage of Cebu Monument, Magellan’s Cross and Basilica Minore del Sto. Niño. Wear comfortable footwear because the day involves several stops.

See the Tarsier Conservation Area

The Bohol itinerary includes a stop at the conservation area to observe Philippine tarsiers. Follow the local photography and noise rules because the animals are sensitive to disturbance.

Take the Loboc River Cruise

The package includes the floating restaurant cruise and lunch. The cruise follows the river through Bohol’s inland landscape and works as the meal stop during the countryside tour.

Explore El Nido or Coron

Palawan honeymoon packages may add El Nido island hopping or Coron lake tours to a longer itinerary. It is world-renowned for its dramatic karst limestone cliffs, clear turquoise waters, hidden lagoons, and pristine white-sand beaches.

Priyanka Fernandes from Mumbai , who booked the Philippines Honeymoon Package from Mumbai, shared her experience of the Palawan route,“Philippines honeymoon package from Mumbai was perfectly curated from start to finish. El Nido's limestone karsts, Palawan's crystal lagoons and the island hopping tours - all deeply romantic. The resort choices were excellent and every transfer was handled smoothly without any stress. Would wholeheartedly recommend this package to any couple looking for a dream honeymoon destination.”

El Nido is genuinely the most beautiful place I have been to. I say this having done Maldives, Bali, Langkawi. The lagoon colours in Palawan are different from all of those. What Thrillophilia added that I would not have figured out on my own was the island sequence, which tours to do in which order depending on crowd patterns and tide timings. Boracay was a good contrast at the end, more social, good for the last two evenings. One transfer from Cebu was tight on timing but we made it.

The whale shark swimming in Oslob was a bit crowded but definitely a bucket-list item. It’s a long journey from Bangalore, but once you hit the water, it’s worth it. The team handled our internal flights perfectly, ensuring we didn't miss a single island hopping tour in beautiful Cebu.

Our trip from Dehradun to the Philippines was a long journey, but the beauty of El Nido made it all worth it. The limestone cliffs and the clear lagoons are unlike anything we have in the hills back home. Thrillophilia and Karthik made sure our flight connections and transfers were super smooth.

We found the Filipino people to be incredibly warm and welcoming. Boracay is the perfect place to unwind and forget the city noise of Hyderabad. The team was very helpful. Thanks for the amazing arrangements; everything was perfectly executed, from the airport transfers to the daily island tours.

The underground river tour in Palawan was a bit of a journey from Lucknow, but absolutely worth the effort. The cave formations are stunning, and the guide's stories made it even more interesting. Thrillophilia and our coordinator Amit kept us updated throughout the trip.

Our trip from Indore to the Philippines was a fantastic experience, especially the time we spent in Cebu. Canyoning at Kawasan Falls was quite a challenge, but the scenery made it totally worth it. Thrillophilia and our coordinator Varun were very efficient in managing our transfers.
