  • Please be aware that the package does not cover the cost of the visa, which must be obtained separately.
  • Kindly note that personal expenses are not included in the package and should be budgeted separately.
  • Any breakage or damage to any items in the hotel will be charged at actuals.
  • The hotels are subject to their availability. In case they are not available, the travellers will be accommodated in a property of a similar standard.
  • Alcoholic drinks are not included in the package.
  • Always check for photography restrictions, particularly in museums and places of worship. If photography is allowed, be considerate of other visitors.
  • Be mindful of local customs and traditions at each destination, including appropriate dress and behaviour in religious sites.
  • On certain departure dates, the tour routing may change, and in some cases, the itinerary may operate in reverse. However, all listed sightseeing and excursions will be included unless closed due to holidays.
  • Any activities or transfers not specified in the itinerary are not part of the package and require separate arrangements.
  • We reserve the right to change the itinerary for operational reasons or due to unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure) like weather, strikes, etc.
  • We are not liable for damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown, or irregularities caused by weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, or other factors. Any such expenses must be borne by the passenger.

  • Tour costs are payable in EURO from the passenger's BTQ entitlement.
