About the Activity:

Arrive in St Petersburg, the capital and culture hub of Russia in the afternoon.
Then check in to your hotel, to rest and recover from our journey and spend some time relaxing.
In the evening we head out for first dinner together.
Enjoy the special 4-course welcome dinner at the renowned Russian Vodka Room.
Stuff yourself with dishes from different historical periods – hot borscht to smoked-trout salad, gravlax with potato pancakes and for the brave, there are over 200 delicious,ferocious flavor-infused kinds of Russian vodka to sample.
Tonight’s festive atmosphere is perfect for getting to know your new travel comrades better.
You will be transferred back to the hotel after the dinner for some well deserved sleep.
Today, we’ll get our bearings on a full day tour, from the comfort of a private coach and in the company of a knowledgeable local guide.
The amazing city of Saint Petersburg was founded by Tsar Peter the Great in 1703 and was previously Russia’s capital.
Pass along the majestic St Isaac's Cathedral, the elaborate Palace Square and the Peter and Paul Fortress and check out its cathedral, which houses the tombs of countless Tsars and Tsarinas including Peter the Great himself.
Take visit to the church on Spilled Blood, Then post lunch visit the treasure-filled Hermitage Museum.
You can stay longer at the Museum and then find your way back to the hotel, or head out to explore the city’s nightlife.
Post breakfast, you'll head out on a half-day tour to Peterhof which was Peter the Great's summer estate, renowned for its vast gardens, immense waterfalls, golden fountains, marble statues and avenues of lime trees.
Then enjoy the delicious lunch at a restaurant of your choosing at your own cost.
Post lunch you can relax an spend some time in the hotel till dinner and explore the shimmering city.
Alternately, you could take in a ballet or opera show at the Mariinskiy Theatre or, take a guided 2-hour private boat trip along the River Neva at an extra cost.
Today, you can wake up at your leisure and enjoy a relaxed morning doing as you please.
For an alternative experience, you can take a master class at a ballet school for a step-by-step introduction to elegant port de bras and plies at an extra cost.
In the afternoon you'll board a train to Moscow a 4 hour journey with light snack as well as the view of the countryside.
On arrival at Moscow, you’ll be driven to your hotel to check in.
Then enjoy the 4 course dinner at a local restaurant.
Overnight stay at Moscow.
Today you will tour Russia’s most famous Kremlin, with a guided walk throughout the grounds for you to see numerous government buildings and cathedrals.
Post lunch after you’ll visit the Bolshoi theater and get a glimpse of rehearsals the melodious voices of opera filling your ears, ballerinas practicing, and musicians rehearsing.
You can also opt for Russian cooking class held for small groups of 2-15, lasts 3 hours at an extra cost.
Today head out to explore the colorful city of Sergiev Posa.
Meet your guide at your hotel lobby and climb into your comfortable coach to enjoy the 1 hour drive, listening as your guide tells you about the story of the city.
This trip will take you to the frescos of the UNESCO-protected Trinity Lavra Monastery and visit the artist’s colony of Abramtsevo.
Afterwards, you'll visit the Museum-Reserve Abramtsevo, famous for being an artist’s retreat during much of the 19th century, hosting many of that era’s great Russian artists.
Then enjoy the buffet spread of Russian specialties such as Schchi (cabbage soup), Solyanka Olivier Salad, Pirogi (large pies), or a Mors (berry drink).
Post lunch visit a ‘Matryoshka’ factory to witness the hand-painted wooden nesting dolls - famous for opening up when its two halves.
Then depart back to Moscow for free time.
Today, you will have the chance to bask in an authentic Russian Banya (sauna) at the Sanduny Bath House for 3.5 hours.
Wearing a felt hat on your head to protect your hair, sit back and luxuriate in the steam, often infused with mint, eucalyptus and other scents which will purify your body.
You can follow this up with a cold water shower, a full body scrub or a light lashing with birch twigs.
Between sessions, the waiters will bring you anything from tea and honey to prawns and beer.
In the evening you can spare some time to shop in the vicinity from furs to Matryoshka dolls and St. Basil snow globes to lacquered Palekh boxes and many more.
Then end your trip with a farewell dinner at a local restaurant.
Then you have the option of hitting Moscow’s bars and clubs with the girls and dance the night away at an extra cost.
Head to the airport to board your flight back home after a tremendous trip.
