The Kulosaari Church, which is on top of the island's tallest hill, is a fascinating place to visit. The beautiful building, finished in 1935 and known in the area as "the Temple on the Hill," is an example of beautiful Jugendstil architecture created by Bertel Jung. As you walk in, take a moment to enjoy Antti Salmenlinna's beautiful stained-glass windows, which let in lots of colourful light. Within the church, there is a beautiful silver baptismal font created by Gunilla Jung and a fancy white silk velvet chasuble made by Dora Jung.

For a peaceful moment of introspection, stop at Kulosaari Cemetery. This serene cemetery, the smallest in Helsinki's parish union, was founded in 1925. The manor's original building was made in the 1600s, but the current neoclassical main building was planned by Pehr Granstedt in the 1810s.
