About Ram Ghat

Located on the bank of Mandakini River, Ramghat is believed to be a holy site in Hinduism. The legend says that Lord Rama, Lord Lakshman, and Sita took bath at this ghat during their exile.

Attracting thousands of devotees on a daily basis, Ram Ghat is also among the major Chitrakoot tourist places as it is a great spot for photographers willing to capture the culture of India as well as culture vultures eager to learn about Hinduism.

A boat ride can also be taken here to witness the beauty of the river and the sight of spirituality from a different perspective.

Entry fee: There are no charges to visit the ghat.
