Selong Beach is one of the cleanest beaches in Lombok. The residents who live around the beach are majorly working as shepherd buffalo, fishermen, surfing instructor or restaurant waitress.
Highlights: For those who do not know how to surf, the Selong Belanak Beach is the best place to learn surfing for the beginners on the Lombok island. The waves are just right on the beach. So, you’ll not have to use the boat to search for the point of the waves as in the Gerupuk region which lies 7 km east of the Kuta Lombok.
