Rhine Falls, Schaffhausen

To feel the earth almost vibrating with the power of the water in the Rhine Falls is an amazing, almost outwardly, experience. In summers, there is a whopping amount of 600,000 litres of water plummets per second here. Rhine Falls, the largest waterfall in Europe, was formed over 15,000 years ago during the Ice Age.

Staubbach Falls, Lauterbrunnen

The falls that inspired poets Johann Wolfgang von Goethe to write ‘Song of the Spirits over the waters’ is an absolutely stunning sight to see. One of the tallest free-falling waterfalls in the whole of Europe, they fall from a tall rock face framed by the Lauterbrunnen Valley and snow-covered peaks of Monch, Eiger, and Jungfrau in the background.

For a closer look, you can take a trail, which is a little steep and slippery, to reach a rock balcony that serves as a great vantage point. This trail has information panels that tell visitors about the history of these falls.

Engstligen Falls, Adelboden

This thunderous waterfall, is the second tallest waterfall in Switzerland, and is amongst the most jaw-dropping sights in the country. Water falls with such velocity and speed that you can feel the air and ground reverberating with its energy.

Reichenbach Falls, Meiringen

Reichenbach Falls, due to its seven step-like formation, is considered to be amongst the most unique waterfall in the world and the most stunning of Switzerland waterfalls. This is a must-visit for all the Sherlock Holmes fans.

This is also where the famous detective was said to meet his death in Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s book. There is even a plaque and a museum nearby dedicated to Holmes! Trümmelbach Falls, Lauterbrunnen

Nestled amidst the panoramic Lauterbrunnen Valley, Trümmelbach Falls, is a composite of 10 cascades that cut their way through sharp rocky boulders, making them one of the most intriguing waterfalls in Switzerland. They originate from the waters of the Jungfrau glaciers and during the snow thaw season, they throw up to 20,000 litres of water per second!

They are reached by taking an underground lift through illuminated tunnels. There are several viewing balconies that have self-serving restaurants where you can try authentic Swiss food after soaking in the stunning views around.

Excellent
The Mount Titlis Day Tour with Cable Car was a delightful experience for me. I was traveling with my spouse. The views were gorgeous and something that I can never forget about, it was dramatically gorgeous. If you are visiting Switzerland then Mount Titlis cable car ride is a great way to spend some time in the arms of nature and enjoy a great time. I was also able to capture some really good photos of the cute little snow penguins.

The fully rotating cable car experience topped with interacting with the snow penguins makes for a really fun time to enjoy. I recommend everyone should once visit the Mount Titlis and do the Cable Car ride. And I must say that the view from the cable car was amazing.

It was great to spend such a great evening enjoying a ton of fun activities. I had a lot fun sledding and I must say that the fondue dinner was delicious. Fun and food, a great way to spend a night indeed.

The dinner was on point, the activities were really fun and I along with my kids had a lot of fun exploring the night night sledding experience. If you are in interlaken you have to take one night out and enjoy this thrilling adventure with your family or your friends. The drinks served were also delicious.

The best fun I had at night in Switzerland was with sulwald Sledding experience at Interlaken. The activities are really organized and the guide gives thorough instruction about the details of the night. I must say that these instructions can get really boring but the guide found a way to make it really fun. I and my partner I was able to get into the action really fast with Sledging which followed dinner. All in all, I must thank Thrillophilia for making our night adventurous.

The place is perfect for half a day trip. It takes around 5 hours to completely enjoy every part of the museum and it is the place worth visiting. Everything about the museum is great, I mean the first thought in my head when I heard the museum was boring but the Swiss Museum Of Transport is completely opposite. There are a ton of fun activities to do and cars to admire.
