This tour takes you on a trekking and camping expedition in the very best of Kasol. The camp is located next to the river, making the experience all the more quaint and tranquil. Go for a short trek to the Chalal which is also known as the little Amsterdam of Kasol the overall experience becomes one of extreme brilliance.
About the Riverside Camping In Kasol:
- Begin your Kasol riverside camping experience by arriving early in the campsite and post breakfast, start on the trek to the amazing and quiet Chalal.
- Spend some time in the town by the river. This place is famous for crazy parties that are organized here.
- Trek back to the campsite and enjoy around a bonfire as the river roars past the campsite.
- Have your dinner in the woods and under the stars before you settle in for the night of your camping experience.
- In the morning, check out of from the camp to bring the trip to an end.
How to reach the campsite:
The tour begins with your arrival in the campsite early in the morning and checking in
Will go for a short Self Guided trek for a Chalal.

I went on this tour on last vacation. It started by checking in at beautiful camps on Parvati riverside in Kasol. We received a warm welcome by our caretaker who was also very helpful during entire trip. It was a tiring but amazing experience. We were a group of five who trekked together to Chalal, also known as Little Amsterdam. In the night we had a bonfire and everyone played Antakshari and other games. Great experience!

Doing riverside camping was a fantastic experience. To be out from the comfort of your home, Kasol was just so beautiful to miss anything. We had awesome camps and all the facilities were great. The tour has gifted me many lasting memories. I really look forward to another trip like this.

It was one of the best things we had done in Kasol. It was a great decision to stay at the campsite for one night and we enjoyed it so much there. This riverside campsite has the best views and an amazing place to relax close to nature.

Riverside camping in Kasol was one of the best tours I have enjoyed in my life. Here’s my review to help other travellers plan easily:Food- Amazing. It could be a little less spicy but it was delicious.Tents-We were given exotic camps just by the river. The experience was mesmerising Guide-Our guide Niraj was very kind and friendly. One guy felt a little sick, so he brought medicines and all too. Activities: We had bonfire, camping and trekking. Everything was well organised. Other facilities: I had a slight issue with the washrooms. I felt it could be little more clean. Also, it could be a little hectic to do everything in one day. But if you are comfortable with having an adventurous day out, you can go ahead and book the trip, it is also very rightly priced.

My first solo trip. I was too nervous before booking this tour, but my Thrillophilia tour assistant explained all things carefully. Received great support from Thrillophilia sales person Divyansh for all my queries. I reached Kasol in the morning where my guide contacted me. Nice and friendly person. We camped near the river Parvati and it was cool and gorgeous staying in exotic camps in Kasol. Trekking was superb and I also clicked many pictures. Totally unforgettable solo experience of my life.

I totally enjoyed my time on this trek. Beautiful peaceful Parvati riverside camps were there. The river was beautiful and it was relaxing experience. There was a lot of greenery too all around. Good trip.
You can easily get to the campsite in Kasol via the roadways and the airways conveniently.
Roadways - You can easily take a bus from the Delhi Interstate bus stand or from the Chandigarh bus stand to reach Kasol. The distance from Delhi to Kasol is about 511 Kilometers and it will take around 12 hours of time to reach there and from Chandigarh, it will take around 8 hours to reach after covering the distance of 269 kilometres.
Airways - You can get on the flight either from Delhi or Chandigarh to Dharamshala or Kullu airport and from there you can take local transport to reach the campsite, It will only take about 1 hour to reach the destination from Kullu Airport.
The accommodation which will be provided at the riverside camping in Kasol is offered in two variants of camps which are as follows:-
- Camping with Attached Washrooms and meals(Quad Sharing): This type of camping provides accommodation for a total 4 people in one particular tent with the meals and facilities comfortably.
- Camping with Common Washrooms and meals(Double Sharing): This type of camping provides the accomodation for twin sharing which means accommodation for 2 people with all the facilities and meals.
The timings for checking and checking out for Riverside camping in Kasol is as follows:
Check-in time - As the tour is of 2 days and 1 night so you will be checking in on the day one of the tour at the campsite at 10:00 AM in the morning followed by breakfast.
Check-Out time - On the next day of tour after enjoying all the activities you will be supposed to check out from the campsite after breakfast at 9:00 AM in morning.
